In a series of 5 subsequent newsletters, DHOLLANDIA will highlight the large variety of executions and options that the DH-VO.07.K1 column lift range has on offer today. DHOLLANDIA started off as specialized builder of bespoke multi-deck lifts in the early 1990’s, then moved on to add heavy and medium-duty single-deck column lifts of 1000-2000 kg to the range, and only started to invest heavily in the development of light-weight 500-750 kg columns lifts in the last 5 years. Today, DHOLLANDIA is very proud to present a comprehensive and mature range of light-duty column lifts, that can be equipped with a wide variety of options to suit all possible applications and requirements. The overview is spread over 5 newsletters, to enable inclusion of the associated images.
Newsletter 1 shows the DH-VO.07.K1 in its standard configuration, with steel galvanized columns (*), and a slim full aluminium platform with fixed leading edge. The roll-stops mounted in the leading edge maximize the useful platform depth up to the load restraints, and are available as an option: OVP107.A for automatic roll-stops, OVP107.M for manual roll-stops. (*) Weight-saving aluminium columns available as an option [OVF015].
Newsletter 2 adds alu side ramps [OVP12.A.S] and alu rear ramps [OVP120.A.R] to the aluminium platform. In the raised vertical position, these ramps form the ideal load restraint for high-stacked unstable roll-cages. In ramp position, they provide the best possible alignment between the platform surface and the ground, and allow to load or off-load roll-cages with maximum safety.
Newsletter 3 shows the DH-VO.07.K1 with an air-permeable aluminium platform with steel mesh platform surface [OVP509.A]. The air-permeable platform is ideal for open-bed or drop-side vehicles, to reduce the wind resistance and optimize the fuel economy. The permeable platform also offers excellent anti-slip characteristics: rainwater, snow, mud, dirt, etc… are immediately evacuated through the platform. A major benefit in applications where dirt or mud are easily dragged onto the platform surface (e.g. gardening and landscaping, building industry, road works, etc…). The roll-stops mounted in the leading edge maximize the useful platform depth up to the load restraints, and are available as an option: OVP107.A for automatic roll-stops, OVP107.M for manual roll-stops.
Newsletter 4 features an air-permeable platform with composite grids [OVP509.C]; slim-line safety rails mounted on the lift runners, and offering side access [OVP350.B]; short steel side loading ramps for loading and unloading trolleys on bigger wheels such as sack barrows, bins etc… [OVP125.LR]. As explained under Newsletter 3, the air-permeable platform reduces the wind resistance, reduces the fuel consumption, and offers improved anti-slip protection in “dirty” or slippery environments. Newsletter 5 covers a popular alternative for open-bed or drop-side vehicles, but used in cleaner environments: the more conventional aluminium platform in foldable execution [option OVP206], providing equal means to reduce the wind drag and improve the fuel consumption. In its travel position, the platform is folded in half, and the surface exposed to wind drag reduced to half the platform surface. When deployed into work position, the platform is unfolded manually to its full size, so that larger cargo can be loaded or unloaded safely. Additional benefits:
